Regular Maintenance

• I JUST TURNED ON MY HEATER AND SMELL SOMETHING BURNING, IS ANYTHING WRONG? - If it is the first time of the cool season the heat is turned on, the smell is probably dust on the heating element. If it persists, CLICK HERE to submit a work order.
• WHAT DO I DO IF MY SPRINKLERS COME ON DURING THE DAY? - Turn them off or unplug the sprinkler timer box and CLICK HERE to submit a work order right away.
• WHAT SHOULD I NOT PUT DOWN THE DRAIN THAT COULD DAMAGE THE SEPTIC SYSTEM? - Do not pour any grease, bleach or drain cleaner down the drain. Using a little bleach in the washing machine is okay.
• CAN I PARK ON THE SEPTIC TANK DRAIN FIELD IN THE FRONT, SIDE, OR BACKYARD? - Never drive or park on the drain field hill at the front or rear of the property.
• WHO PUTS ON MY HURRICANE SHUTTERS? - If the property has hurricane shutters, it is the tenant's responsibility to put them up and take them down in the event of a hurricane.
